Conference Registration

All presenters and participants are requested to register for the Summit. Summit registration fee includes participation in all sessions in three days, participation in all scheduled meal functions and refreshment breaks, opening reception, and a copy of conference proceedings (to be made available at the Summit). Registration fees and remittance guidelines as shown below:

* Full-time students are required to produce a letter or certificate at the time of conference.

Payment: Payment of the registration fee will be accepted by bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Both Visa Card and MasterCard are accepted but American Express Card is NOT accepted. A photocopy of the bank slip must be faxed with the registration form to the Secretariat. All payment must be made in US$.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 30 days – No refund
30 - 60 days – 50% refund
60 - 90 days – US$50 admin fee

Conference Venue & Hotel Accommodation

The official Hotel for ICES 2008 will be the Conrad Centennial Hotel Singapore. The Conrad Singapore is a prestigious luxury hotel located in the heart of the MICE district of Singapore. It is located within walking distance to numerous shopping malls, and subway stations.

We have managed to secure a special conference package rate for our attendees to the conference. The rate offered is extremely competitive for similar hotels in the area.

Airport Transfer

An Airport Shuttle Service at Changi Airport services the various hotels in the city including the Conrad Hotel Singapore. A 6-seater MaxiCab is used for this 2-way service. You will need to make booking at the counters in the Arrival Hall and pay the fare in cash at the counter. Return journeys to the airport can be arranged at the designated hotels.
