Forms of payment

Payment of the registration fee will be accepted by credit card or by cheque. Only Visa card and Mastercard are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations or changes made to the registration must be done in writing to the 11th Asia Pacific Forum Secreteriat. All registrations will be processed as registered. If you are unable to attend the conference, please appoint a substitute. All refunds(on a case by case basis) will be processed after the conference.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Kindly note that registration forms received without payment or credit card authorization will not be processed.
  • Only individual registrations will be accepted (that is, one registration form per paricipant).
  • Should there be an error in the total amount made by the registrant, the Forum Secretariat reserves the right to charge the correct amount.
