IN THE CLASSROOM
Programs consist of material taught in the classroom and interactions with industry personnel at hospitality and gaming properties.
Course content is tailored to each client’s needs and preferences, depending on the industry focus on which the group wishes to concentrate.
Classroom time is interactive, informative, and thought-provoking. Case studies from real world hospitality issues are examined through our multidisciplinary lens, combining the research and academic resources of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration with the breadth of knowledge available through our schools of law and architecture, in particular the sustainability/renewable energies and water resource management divisions.
This multifaceted knowledge base gives our clients a wide-ranging survey of the big picture of today’s hospitality operations and management.
OUT OF THE CLASSROOM
Programs include site visits to top hotel, gaming, recreation, and tourism facilities. Led by our corporate hosts at the sites themselves, these visits offer groups a rare behind-the-scenes look at some of Asia’s most exclusive properties. This gives program participants a special chance to speak one-on-one to industry insiders for advice and insight on current issues in their own business or in the industry at large.
