Modes of Registration

Registration for ICES 2010 can be made through the following:
  1. Faxing the filled PDF registration forms to ICES 2010 Registration @ (65) 6332-9531
  2. Emailing the filled PDF registration forms to ICES 2010 Registration @ ICES@unlv.edu.sg
ICES 2010 Registration

All presenters and participants are requested to register for the Summit. Summit registration fee includes participation in all sessions over two days, participation in all scheduled meal functions and refreshment breaks, opening reception, and a copy of conference proceedings (to be made available at the Summit).

Note:
* Full-time students are required to produce a letter / certification / copy of student ID card at the time of registration as proof of their Student status and their status should be valid through the conference dates of 4 & 5 March 2010. Please email this information to ICES@unlv.edu.sg. Registration will not be processed without receipt of this document.

** Early Bird registration for ICES 2010 ends on 31 December 2010

Fees are subject to change without further notice at the discretion of the ICES 2010 Organizing Committee.

Please note that once the registration form has been submitted, payment is due. All registrations will be acknowledged by email or by a written receipt if it is done on-site. In addition to that, an official receipt of the payment will be emailed to the email address as stated in the registration form.

Please note that registrations will not be validated until payment is received.

All costs including traveling, accommodation or any other activities not listed above are of the entire responsibility of the participants.

Liabilities
  • Delegates are advised to arrange adequate travel, health, and other insurance before they leave their home country. Participation is completely at the participant's own risk.

  • The ICES 2010 Organizing Committee will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the Conference.

  • The ICES 2010 Organizing Committee will not be responsible for other costs including (but not limited to) airline or hotel penalties.
Forms of Payment

Payments of registration will be accepted by any of the following:
  1. Bank draft or check
  2. Credit card (Only Visa or MasterCard are accepted)
A photocopy of the bank slip must be faxed with the registration form to the Secretariat. All payment must be made in US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations or change made to the registration must be done in writing to the ICES 2010 Registration at ICES@unlv.edu.sg. All registrations will be processed as registered. If you are unable to attend the conference, please appoint a substitute. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
