February 2010 Intake

Applicants are required to fill in the online Pre-Application form.

Your pre-application will be received at our offices, and an acknowledgement email from UNLV Singapore will be sent. You will be placed on the upcoming intake consideration list and invited to attend the Course Preview at UNLV Singapore.

Attend a Mandatory Course Preview at UNLV Singapore. Before the course preview we encourage you to review the webpages to familiarize yourself with the programme.

All required application materials for consideration for the next intake will need to be received by deadline. Complete Applications will be reviewed by the UNLV Admissions team.

4. 

Candidates who meet the required programme eligibility criteria will be invited for an Interview at UNLV Singapore at designated dates. Candidates will be shortlisted and notified.

7-8 December 2010

5.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Hotel Properties Interview Session where candidates will be introduced to the participating properties, and sit for introductory interviews. Candidates will again be shortlisted and notified for a more in-depth interview with selected hotel properties.

Mid December 2010

6.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend In-Depth Interview(s) with selected hotel properties.  Candidates will again be shortlisted and notified for a final verification.

End December 2010 to
Early January 2011

7.

Final Verification checks review placement at a hotel property and confirmation of application for entrance into the Master of Hospitality Administration degree. 

After January 2011

8.

A conditional Letter of Offer will be made to final candidates and each candidate will be invited to UNLV Singapore to review the Letter of Offer in person.  By signing the Letter of Offer, the candidate indicates that he/she will be joining the next intake for the Professional Conversion Programme for Hospitality Managers.

Mid January 2011

9.

Once a candidate has accepted the Letter of Offer, he/she will be sent an official Letter of Acceptance outlining terms and Conditions for the programme.

10.

Upon confirmation of acceptance, new students are invited to attend Orientation for the MHA degree programme.

25 January 2011

11.

New students can expect to begin their work internships at their properties within two weeks of starting their MHA degree programme.
