Admissions - Transfer Students

Admissions Information

• Possess a minimum of 24 transferable semester college credits.
• Transfer course work must have been completed at regionally accredited colleges or universities.
• Students must also be in good standing and eligible to return to the university or college last attended (i.e., an applicant cannot be on academic or behavioral suspension).
• Students must have a minimum 2.5 Cumulative Grade-Point Average in all coursework.

Associates Degree Holders (from Nevada institutions)

Students who graduate from an NSHE institution with an Associates of arts, Associates of business, or Associates of science will be guaranteed admissions and meet the university's core requirements.

International Transfer Students (from non Nevada institutions)

In addition to the eligibility requirements above, International Student transfers must also show proof of English language ability through one of the following:

Applicants who are from the following nations are exempt from TOEFL/IELTS:

• Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada (except Quebec), Dominica, Fiji, Irish Republic, Jamaica, New Zealand, St. Kitt & Nevis, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Singapore, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, North Ireland), U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Submit an application
• Pay a non-refundable application fee of SGD$75.00

• Request for your school and/or examination board to send your official transcripts directly to UNLV Singapore's Admissions Office. You will need to provide your school/examination board with our transcript request form.
• If you credentials have to be evaluated by a NACES certified member (see Admissions & Eligibility), both your official transcripts and your evaluation report has to be sent directly to UNLV Singapore's Admissions Office.
• All proof of English proficiency test scores have to be sent directly from the testing company directly to UNLV Singapore's Admissions Office.
• If you wish to provide us with SAT, ACT or AP scores, the test scores have to be sent directly from the examination board to UNLV Singapore's Admissions Office.
• All certificates/transcripts/test scores have to be received by UNLV Singapore by the application deadline.
